Design and product development of crafts collection for Rishilpi International, an NGO based in southwest Bangladesh, that was founded to improve the lives of people of the “untouchable” Rishi caste.
My assignment consisted in creating a collection of objects made of various materials working with all craft workshops at Rishilpi: embroidered throws and cushions, leather goods, palm leaf baskets and macramè straw bags.
